Hello! I am Dr. Patricia de Graw-Schwartz. I have been taking care of patients’ dental needs in Orange County since 1995. Even though I grew up and lived in various parts of the world, including Boston, Massachusetts; Barcelona, Spain; and Hamburg, Germany, I have chosen to settle with my family in the city of Orange. Welcome to my website!

Let me provide some insight into my education background. I graduated with my Doctorate Degree in Dental Surgery from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, Class of 1994. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and one in Medical Technology from the University of Colorado, Health Sciences Center.

My personal mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to families in the community in a genuine, professional and caring environment. This includes routine maintenance exam and cleaning, restoring decayed teeth and eliminating pain, replacing missing teeth which may include implants, and cosmetic procedures.

My staff and I believe that building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference by providing a relaxing and positive experience. Dental Hygienist

Julia Cherney received a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Riverside in 1995, and attended Dental Hygiene School at Cypress College. Julia is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 23 years of experience, including 10 years teaching of dental assisting at various schools in Southern California. Julia is certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry Society to use a laser to assist with periodontal therapy. She is also a Member of ADHA.

Dental Hygienist

Kendra Contreras resides in Yorba Linda, CA with her two wonderful sons. Kendra graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1992. She is currently working on her Masters of Science in Higher Education and is expected to graduate in July 2010. Kendra possesses eighteen years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist and implementation of local anesthesia in non-surgical periodontal therapy. She excels in current knowledge of new technologies and techniques of effective instrumentation necessary to provide excellent dental hygiene care. Kendra always implements the legal and ethical responsibilities of a dental hygienist and hold interpersonal relations among members of her dental team. Kendra continues to educate her self in graduate level work and continuing education courses to improve her background in educational methodologies.

Office Manager

Tarsia Alfred has over 11 years of experience in the dental industry, including extensive experience in the retail industry. Tarsia possesses unique commitment to running the practice as she deals with billing, insurance, advertising and making sure each patient is well received and cared for during their visits; to her each patient is an individual guest. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
